Taylor J. Widmer was born in Massachusetts, and spent much of her life working as a registered veterinary nurse. Taylor began writing her debut novel in 2022 while staying home with her identical twin sons. 

Taylor is part Japanese and takes pride in that heritage with a passion for Japanese history and cooking.
