Below is a link to the novel structure template I created. It allows you to plot out key plot points in your novel as well as each individual scene. It is broken into 4 different sections for each act of your novel. From there, each scene has a row with 4 categories. I like each of my scenes to ideally hit all four beats. The first beat is the scene's premise, this will often be your plot point. The next is how your character reacts to this plot point. This is an emotional prompt and will usually show how your character thinks and feels. The third beat is what action your character takes in regard to what has happened in the scene. And finally, the last section should show the consequences of your character's action. These aren't always negative consequences, it simply shows the result of your character's action.
